I'm a certified yoga (200RYT) and fitness instructor (NASM) and have a passion for helping you find joy in movement.
With this challenge I want to help you establish healthy routines in your life, give you a taste of different workouts and how you can enjoy them, and help you implement small acts of self care and mindfulness in your life.
